Translation We cover your translation needs through a four-step translation process.

1. START PROCEDURE
First, the document/project is reviewed by our project manager and assigned to the translator(s) with expertise in that area. All project information you provide and we may have will be to our linguists. Next, glossaries and translation memories are compiled by the translator(s) using up-to-date translation software technologies where possible. The translator(s) then complete(s) the translation of the document using the tools provided to ensure consistent language and verbiage throughout the document.
2. PROOFREADING
After translation, a specialized language editor proofreads the document for grammar, overall accuracy and consistency. Understanding that each region is unique in its vernacular, linguistic styles and conventions, we choose editors from the area in which you intend to market your product or services in order to guarantee that the end product is appropriately localized to your intended market.
3. FEEDBACK
The suggested changes made by the proofreader will be redirected to the translator for feedback. With the help of the project manager, the translator and proofreader will come to an agreement as to what the best possible solution will be, hence two people actually translate the text.
4. FINAL CHECK
Once the linguists have sent in their final version, the project manager will go over the completed document one last time, to make absolutely sure the end product will be to your satisfaction. The finalized product is delivered on time!
